📦 Shipping Policy

Eligible States:
We only ship Delta-9 THC products to U.S. states where hemp-derived Delta-9 THC is legal. It is your responsibility to know your local laws before ordering. Orders placed from restricted states will be canceled and refunded.

Shipping Timeframe:

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.

• Tracking information will be provided via email once your order is fulfilled.

Discreet Packaging:
All products are shipped in unmarked packaging to protect your privacy.

Shipping Carrier:
We ship primarily with USPS however if you wish for us to use a different courier, please email us before your order ships: info@getloudpack.com 

❌ Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any consumable items (including edibles, pre-rolls, or infused products) unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Photos of the packaging and product

• A detailed explanation of the issue

• Your order number

We’ll review the issue and, if eligible, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

• All sales are final once shipped.

• We do not offer refunds or replacements for issues due to misuse, delays caused by carriers, or local law enforcement seizures.

• Threats, chargebacks, or abusive communication will void eligibility for any future support or replacement requests.
